You can pay the advance booking amount through net banking, debit cards, credit cards, and UPI. The remaining balance must be paid in cash directly to the driver at the end of the journey.

Yes, it is completely safe. Our payment gateway partner is secured with SSL encryption and verified by Visa and MasterCard. Your card details are not stored in our systems.

Refunds are processed as per our cancellation policy. The eligible refund amount will be credited directly to the credit/debit card or UPI account used at the time of booking.

We process refunds at the earliest possible time. However, the exact timeline depends on the processing time of our payment gateway partner and your bank.

At the time of booking, you are required to pay 15% of the estimated fare as a booking amount. Convenience charges are non-refundable.

For one-way trips outside the city, you are charged only for the distance travelled, with no return charges.

The fare depends on both the distance and duration of the journey. It also varies based on the type of vehicle selected—budget cars generally have lower rates, while premium cars, SUVs, and luxury AC vehicles have higher rates.

Driver allowance is applicable only for intercity travel and has two components:

• Day Allowance: Applicable for all days the cab is hired
• Night Allowance: Applicable only if cab is used between 10 PM and 6 AM (only for round trips)

The customer is responsible for paying all toll taxes and parking fees during the journey. These charges are typically paid on an actual basis directly to the driver at the end of the journey.

If the booked vehicle does not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, we will offer a 10% discount on the fare. This is applicable for bookings made at least 12 hours in advance.

• Up to 12 hours before travel: No charge (fully refundable)
• Between 12 hours and 6 hours before travel: 25% of advance amount
• Less than 1 hour before travel: Non-refundable

Note: Convenience charges are non-refundable in all cases.

• Up to 3 hours before travel: No charge (fully refundable)
• Between 3 hours and 1 hour before travel: 50% of booking amount
• Less than 1 hour before travel: 100% non-refundable

Currently, online cancellation is not available. You can cancel your booking by calling our support team. We are working on enabling online cancellation soon.

Any modification to a booking will be treated as cancellation of the existing booking (as per cancellation policy) and creation of a new booking. Charges will apply as per the modification policy.

Customers must present booking confirmation (SMS or WhatsApp message). Failure to present the required document may result in denial of boarding.

No. Choosing a lower-priced car does not mean a compromise in service quality. Pricing varies based on the type of vehicle selected, but we maintain consistent service standards across all categories.

Cabs4Hire shall not be held liable for:

• Delay in cab reaching pickup location
• Rude behavior of driver
• Quality of service not meeting expectations
• Loss, theft, or damage to customer baggage
• Route chosen by driver during journey

The customer agrees to pay the following charges as applicable:

• Inter-state taxes
• Permit fees
• Toll taxes
• Parking charges
• Night charges
• Waiting charges
